Bar Packages.
The bar can be booked six different ways — from complimentary hire on larger events to dry hire or a profit share. Choose the model that suits your event and we'll quote from there.
Free Hire
Complimentary bar hire for larger events within 30 miles of base. Guests buy their own drinks at the bar. Ideal for weddings, large birthdays and charity events.
Minimum Spend
No hire fee against a guaranteed minimum bar spend — if takings fall short, you settle the difference. The threshold is set to your guest numbers and quoted on enquiry.
Paid Hire
A fixed hire fee with lower drink prices for your guests, matched to the length of service you need. Popular with corporate and community events.
Dry Hire
Hire the bar structure only and supply your own drinks. Available by the weekend or the full week, quoted against peak or off-peak dates.
Hosted / Prepaid Tab
Prepay a tab and guests drink on you until it's exhausted, then the bar switches to cash/card. We'll help you size the tab to your guest count and drinks list.
Profit Share
We run the bar and the organiser takes an agreed share of takings. Built for festivals, music and sporting events.

How the bar is paid for.
Token Bar
Pre-buy tokens so guests drink on you; once they run out, guests pay by cash or card. Standard and premium tokens available, with better rates on larger orders. Works beautifully as a wedding favour.
Cash Bar
Guests pay by cash or card for each drink themselves — simple, with no upfront commitment from you.
Hosted Bar
Put a pre-agreed amount behind the bar. Once it's spent, the bar automatically switches to a cash/card bar.
Open Bar
Guests drink at no charge on a running tab. The pre-agreed amount is due seven days before the event and is non-refundable.
