Wedding Bar Hire · UK

Wedding bar hire, served with intent.

A horsebox bar, a menu built around the two of you, and a team that runs the drinks so nobody in your family has to.

Why a mobile bar

Why couples choose a mobile bar over the venue bar

Wedding bar hire gives you three things a venue bar rarely does: a drinks list that actually sounds like you, a bar that photographs beautifully, and pricing you control. Our mobile bar hire is built around a restored Rice horsebox that becomes a feature of the day rather than a queue in the corner.

You choose how it's paid for — complimentary against a minimum spend, a flat hire fee with a guest-pay bar, a fully hosted tab, or dry hire with your own stock. We'll tell you honestly which model works out best for your numbers.

Drinks

Menus and drinks packages

Two signature cocktails named after you, a welcome drink for arrival, curated wines for the breakfast and a proper spirits back bar for the evening. Alcohol-free options are designed with the same care, not bolted on.

Not sure on volumes? Allow a welcome drink on arrival, roughly half a bottle of wine per guest through the meal and two to three drinks each across the evening — we'll model it exactly against your running order.

The whole room

Styling, light and the photographs

Bar dressing, menus and signage are designed to your palette. Add Lunar Lights for marquee letters and warm uplighting that carry the same look across the room, or Lunar Studio for photography and film so the bar at golden hour actually gets captured.

Booking more than one service? Our packages bundle bar, sound, lighting and styling into one quote and one team.

FAQ

Wedding bar hire questions

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Yes — that's dry hire. You supply the drinks under your own or your venue's licence and we provide the bar, glassware and (optionally) our bartenders to serve it. See our dry bar hire page for how it works.

How many drinks should we allow per guest?

As a rule of thumb: one welcome drink on arrival, half a bottle of wine per guest across the wedding breakfast, and two to three drinks per guest across the evening. We'll model it properly against your timings when we quote.

Do you serve outdoors or in a marquee?

Both. The horsebox is fully self-sufficient — it needs a reasonably level hardstanding or firm ground and we handle the rest. Marquees, barns, country houses and field weddings are our natural habitat.

Can you match the bar to our styling?

Yes. Menus, signage and bar dressing are designed to your palette, and our lighting and marquee letters can carry the same look across the room.
