Dry bar hire. Your drinks, our bar.
Hire the horsebox on its own, or with our team behind it — you supply the stock, we supply everything else.
What dry bar hire actually means
Dry bar hire is hiring the bar without the drinks. You (or your venue) buy and licence the alcohol; we deliver, set up and style the restored horsebox bar and collect it afterwards. If you also want our bartenders to pour your stock, that's dry hire with staff — the same arrangement, with service added.
It's the right choice when your venue insists on its own licence, when you've been gifted or bulk-bought drinks, or when you simply want to control the bar spend yourself.

Dry bar hire questions
What exactly is dry bar hire?
Dry bar hire means you hire the bar unit itself and supply the alcohol. The drinks — and the licence covering them — are yours or your venue's. We deliver, set up, style and collect the horsebox bar.
Can I have dry hire with staff?
Yes. 'Dry hire with staff' is our most popular version: you buy the stock, we bring uniformed bartenders, glassware and ice and run service for you. It usually works out cheapest per head for larger guest counts.
Who is responsible for the alcohol licence on dry hire?
You or your venue. Because the drinks aren't being sold by us, licensing sits with the person supplying them — we'll tell you exactly what to ask your venue or council for.
Do you provide glassware and ice on dry hire?
They're optional add-ons. Most dry-hire clients add glassware, ice and garnish because sourcing them separately on the day is more hassle than it's worth.
