Corporate bar hire, run with precision.
Launches, conferences, summer parties and Christmas dos — a bar that looks like your brand and runs without anyone from your team managing it.
A bar your guests photograph, not queue at
Corporate events are judged on the details, and the bar is where most of your guests will spend their evening. Our mobile bar hire puts a restored Rice horsebox at the centre of the room — warm amber lighting, a proper back bar and staff scaled so nobody waits more than a couple of minutes.
We handle licensing, insurance, RAMS and venue liaison in writing before the day, so your events team, venue and health-and-safety sign-off all have what they need.

Hosted tabs, spend caps and clean reconciliation
Most corporate events run as a hosted bar to an agreed cap, then switch to guest-pay. We take card and contactless, issue VAT invoices, work to PO numbers, and send a full reconciliation after the event so finance isn't left guessing.
Prefer to supply your own stock through a procurement agreement? Dry hire works for that too.
Sound, light and staging in-house
Booking a bar, a PA, uplighting and a photographer from four different suppliers means four contracts and four people to chase. We do all of it in-house — sound, lighting, staging and content capture — on one quote. See packages.
Corporate bar hire questions
Can the bar be branded for our company?
Yes. Menus, signage, bar dressing, drinks tokens and even signature serves can carry your branding or campaign look. Send us the brand guidelines and we'll mock it up before the event.
Do you invoice on purchase order terms?
Yes — we work to standard commercial terms, issue VAT invoices and can raise against a PO number. Deposit secures the date and the balance is invoiced after the event where terms allow.
Can you run a hosted tab with a spend cap?
That's the most common corporate model: an open bar up to an agreed limit, after which we switch to guest-pay or close the bar — whichever you prefer. You get a full reconciliation afterwards.
Do you serve alcohol-free and low-ABV options?
Always, and designed with the same care as the rest of the menu — not an afterthought bottle of orange juice. It matters for inclusive corporate events.
Can you cover indoor office and conference spaces?
Yes. Where the horsebox can't fit, we bring our modular bar setup with the same team, menu and standards.
