Cocktail bar hire, built around your menu.
Signature serves designed with you, fresh citrus, house syrups and bartenders who can hold a queue and a conversation at the same time.
Two or three serves that belong to your event
Cocktail bar hire should mean more than a printed list of classics. We start with what you actually drink, then design two or three signature serves around it — named for you, styled to your palette, and batched so they're as good for guest 200 as for guest one.
Classics stay on the list, the wine and beer selection sits behind them, and the alcohol-free serves get the same amount of thought. Everything is poured from our restored horsebox bar.
What goes into the glass

- Bespoke menu cards and bar signage
Masterclasses, welcome drinks and full service
Book the bar for the full evening, for a welcome-drinks window only, or add a hosted cocktail masterclass for a smaller group earlier in the day. Weddings usually pair a welcome serve with a full evening bar — see wedding bar hire — while corporate clients often want a branded signature serve on arrival.
Cocktail bar hire questions
How many cocktails can you serve an hour?
A two-bartender setup comfortably serves 120–150 cocktails an hour once the batching is right. For larger guest counts we scale the team and pre-batch the signature serves so quality and speed both hold up.
Can we design our own cocktails?
Yes — bespoke menus are the norm. We'll build two or three signature serves around your story, palette or brand, name them with you and design the menu cards to match.
Do you offer a cocktail masterclass?
We do. A hosted masterclass for a small group before the main service is a popular addition for hen parties, corporate away days and milestone birthdays.
Do you do alcohol-free cocktails?
Every menu includes proper alcohol-free serves built from the same base spirits alternatives, syrups and fresh citrus — not a soft drink in a fancy glass.
Do you use fresh ingredients?
Fresh citrus, house syrups, real garnish and clear ice as standard. Anything that can be batched without losing quality is batched; anything that can't is built to order.
