Pop Up Bar Hire · UK

Pop up bar hire, anywhere you can park a horsebox.

Festivals, markets, launches and field parties — a fully self-sufficient bar that sets up in 90 minutes and leaves the site exactly as it found it.

Off-grid

A bar that doesn't need a venue

The whole point of a pop up bar is that it goes where there isn't one. Our restored Rice horsebox carries its own water, lighting and refrigeration, so a field, a car park, a courtyard or a warehouse floor all work equally well.

We arrive, level, set, style and start pouring — and at the end of the night everything leaves with us. No rubbish, no marks, no morning-after clear-up for you.

Licensing, insurance and site safety

For public events we work alongside the organiser on the premises licence or Temporary Event Notice, supply public liability insurance and risk assessments, and operate Challenge 25 throughout the day. On private land we'll advise exactly what's needed and arrange it where we can.

Running the whole site? Sound, lighting and staging come from the same in-house team — see packages.

FAQ

Pop up bar hire questions

Do you need power and water on site?

No. The horsebox carries its own running water and can run off its own supply, so festival fields, private land and car parks all work. If mains power is available we'll happily use it.

What ground do you need?

Firm, reasonably level ground is ideal — hardstanding, gravel or dry grass. On soft ground we use tracking or matting, which we'll agree with you in advance.

How long does setup take?

Around 90 minutes from arrival to first pour, and about the same to break down and leave the site clear.

Can you serve at a public event?

Yes. For public and ticketed events we work with the organiser on the premises licence or TEN, provide our insurance and method statements, and operate Challenge 25 throughout.

How many guests can one bar handle?

Comfortably up to around 300 with a scaled team. Above that we'll either extend service hours, add a second serving point, or recommend a phased drinks plan.
