Do you charge travel to Cambridge?

We're not tied to a venue list. We regularly serve college gardens, science park corporate events, barn weddings and private sites across Cambridgeshire, and we'll liaise with your venue directly on access, power and licensing.
Can you supply the alcohol licence in Cambridge?
Yes. For staffed hire we hold personal licence cover and arrange the relevant TEN or premises arrangements with your venue. For dry hire, licensing sits with you or the venue and we'll talk you through what's needed.
How far in advance should we book?
Peak Saturdays in summer typically go 9–12 months out. Midweek and off-season dates are often available at much shorter notice — always worth asking.
