Why the horsebox works outdoors
Our outdoor bar hire brings a restored Rice horsebox with its own running water, warm amber lighting and a proper back bar. The self-sufficient setup brings the drinks service to sites without a permanent bar.
Two uniformed bartenders come as standard for staffed hire, scaled to your guest numbers. We set up and start pouring within around 90 minutes of arrival, and pack down at the end of the night. Read the story of our horsebox bar hire.
Marquee bar hire
The horsebox can stand outside a marquee, giving guests a bar with its own running water and lighting. We agree the position and towing access with you and the venue before the day.

Garden party bar hire
Birthdays, engagements, anniversaries and garden parties can all use the horsebox. It needs roughly 5m x 3m of reasonably level, firm ground and a clear route in for towing. Send a photo of the space and access so we can check whether it fits.

Fields, farms and private land
Fields, farm courtyards and private land work when the ground is firm and reasonably level and there is towing access. The horsebox brings its own water and amber lighting rather than relying on a permanent venue bar.

Firm, reasonably level ground is ideal — hardstanding, gravel or dry grass. On soft ground we use tracking or matting, which we'll agree with you in advance.
No. The horsebox carries its own running water and can run off its own supply, so festival fields, private land and car parks all work. If mains power is available we'll happily use it.
Allow a clear route to tow the horsebox into position. Setup takes around 90 minutes from arrival to first pour, with about the same time allowed to break down and leave the site clear.
